PortaDrive Privacy.

PortaDrive is a Mac utility that packs files into a PDF and opens them in Finder. It does not have an account, a cloud, or analytics.

What PortaDrive stores

Your PDFs and the files you put in a PortaDrive folder stay on your Mac, in the places you already keep them. Working folders live in Downloads and are moved to Trash when you eject.

What PortaDrive does not collect

No usage analytics, no crash reports sent to me, no advertising identifiers, and no mailing list. I never see your files unless you choose to email me one.

Network

PortaDrive does not talk to a PortaDrive server. If a PDF lives in iCloud Drive or another synced folder, that sync is Apple’s (or that provider’s), not mine.
